PІҐІ (PIGI) privacy policy
Your records.
On your device.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
PIGI is provided by Anna Stakhiv. For support and privacy questions, email Annstakhiv@gmail.com.
PIGI does not send your medicine or family-profile records to a developer server.
1. Information stored in PIGI
PIGI stores the profile names, medicine names, doses, schedules, course durations, stock counts, intake history and settings you enter. These records support reminders, widgets and reports. The app and its widget share local storage on your device.
The app has no third-party analytics SDKs or HealthKit access. There is no PIGI cloud synchronization. The medicine database is marked as excluded from device backup; do not rely on backups or the developer to restore these records.
2. Notifications and hidden names
Notifications require your permission. You can turn them off in PIGI or iOS settings. Medicine names can appear in notifications and widgets unless you enable name masking.
Masking changes the display only. Actual names remain in local storage, editing forms and reports. It is not a separate encryption or access-control feature.
3. Reports you choose to share
Reports are created only when you request them. You choose whether to save them or send them to another person or service. Reports include actual medicine names even when masking is enabled.
Temporary export files are cleaned up when the sharing sheet closes or before another export. Copies you save or send outside PIGI remain under the control of you and the receiving service.
4. Retention and deletion
Records remain locally until you delete them. Removing a medicine from the main list retains its intake history. To remove a profile together with its medicines and history, open the people list, swipe left on the person’s name and confirm deletion.
You can correct records directly in the app. We have no remote access to your local database. If you enter another person’s information, do so with their permission or as their authorized representative.
5. Apple purchases and services
Optional tips are one-time in-app purchases handled by Apple. PIGI receives product and transaction information to verify a purchase and stores a local date for its thank-you decoration. We do not receive your payment-card details.
Apple handles payments, refunds and its own App Store services under Apple’s privacy policy. Information Apple processes through its services is separate from PIGI’s local medicine records.
6. Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve the issue. Email is handled through our email provider, Gmail. Please avoid sending medical details that are not needed for support.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of correspondence you have sent. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to contact your local data-protection authority.
7. This support website
This website does not ask for your medicine records and has no advertising or analytics scripts added by us. Its hosting providers process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the pages. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when PIGI’s features or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
