Tell us what happened

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, PIGI version and the steps that led to the problem. If you attach a screenshot, hide medicine names and other personal details you don’t need to share.

Support is provided by Anna Stakhiv.

Start with one medicine

Add a medicine, enter the dose and amount, then choose when to take it. Use a separate profile for each family member and choose a color to tell their lists apart.

If a reminder doesn’t appear

Check that notifications are enabled in PIGI and in your iPhone’s notification settings. Review your Focus settings, and reopen PIGI to refresh its reminder schedule.

In PIGI settings, check the “Renew reminders by” date and open the app before that time. Reminder delivery and widget updates depend on iOS and your device settings.

Quieter nights

“Do not disturb during sleep” works with Sleep Focus configured on your iPhone, with PIGI excluded from allowed apps. Reminder repeats remain on their schedule.

Add the widget

Touch and hold your Home Screen, open the widget gallery, find PIGI and add its widget. Open PIGI after changing your schedule if the widget needs to refresh.

Hide names or share a report

You can mask medicine names in the app, widget and notifications. Actual names remain in editing forms and exported reports. Before sharing a report, check what it contains and who will receive it.

Your records and optional tips

PIGI stores your records on your device. It has no PIGI account or cloud synchronization, and we cannot restore your local records remotely.

The app’s features are free. Tips are optional one-time purchases, processed by Apple, with no subscription. For purchase refunds, visit Apple’s refund service.

About medication questions

PIGI helps organize your schedule; it does not prescribe treatment or check doses and interactions. For questions about a medicine or a missed dose, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
